All praises and adorations belong to Almighty Allah, the Lord of the worlds. We ask Allah to increase His blessings, mercy and favour upon the noble prophet, his household, his companions and those who heartedly follow his footstep till the end of the world.
The world is coming to an end either we like it or not. It will end in a very dramatic way, but with great trials and tribulations. For Allah so love the Muslims, that He revealed the tribulations to His beloved servant to inform us about them ,so that whoever take heed shall not perish but be save and see Allah’s mercy.
The Islamic scholars have grouped the sayings of the prophet (SAW) on the signs into two; the minor and major signs. But I will like to group it into three namely; minor, supplementary and major signs. The supplementary signs are minor signs which indicate the nearness of the major signs. So in sha Allah, we will start with the minor signs, the ones that has occurred and non-reoccurring will not be discussed but the reoccurring ones, the ones of our time and more of the future signs.
The major books that will be used are “Book of the End” by Imaam ibn Kathir and “The End of the World” by Sheikh Dr. Abdur-Rahman Al-Areefi. May Allah make it easy for us to understand better what the writer intend.
